User Agreement

All transactions conducted via sOOOs, LLC are contingent upon the following conditions:

A1.) Any Disputes that may arise will be required because of the User Agreement to be settled via mediation only, in good faith with regard to contemporary law and its according precedents. 

A2.) Disputes that will require mediation, must require a conclusion confirming the disputed result from another optimized mediating consultancy having requested: 

a.) duplicated topic 

b.) details  

c.) expectations (including cost)   

B1.) Any additional aspects to the transaction that incurs the User Agreement must be made upfront prior to agreement of payment in full (as required for all payments).

C1.) All sales are final unless exceptions are clearly stated at time of payment.

D1.) Official transaction is initiated contingent upon: 

a.) request for quote provided and includes following factors of cost:

     i.   topic 

     ii. specifics

     iii. expectation(s) 

     iv. time line

b.) user agreement sections (A1) (A2) (B1) (C1) and (D1) are understood to be implied upon payment being completed. 

E1.) Until User Agreement section (D1.) has been fulfilled, this User Agreement remains an executory contract with all offeree resources retaining recourse.
